Smith Land Company and its sister company, Pavilion South LLC, are the majority land owner in the 8+ block area that is centrally located along the high traffic 27th Street business corridor. On the commercial property management side we own several buildings that are leased for retail, office and restaurant use. We also have land development opportunities within the center. The area is bordered on the south by 27th Street, on the west by Avenue B, on the north by 31st Avenue and on the east by the National Guard armory and baseball fields. Just to the north is U.S. Highway 26, the main east-west highway running through Scottsbluff.
