The 5.81 acres shown as parcels 3, 4 and 5 in the attached images are part of 13.61 acres that are currently unplatted. These three parcels are included in a Shopping Center Agreement between Albertson’s, Inc. and Smith Land Company. The purpose of the agreement is to plan the development of the Center as an integrated retail sales complex.
Smith Land Company is looking to partner with someone that can further the development of the remaining parcels. Our desire is for a long term land lease but we would consider a purchase agreement under the right circumstances.
