Smith Land Company has 13.95 acres of land that is currently unplatted. The original plan was to develop 5.81 acres north of the grocery store building shown as parcels 3, 4 and 5 in the attached two images. These three parcels are included in a Shopping Center Agreement between Albertson’s, Inc. and Smith Land Company. The purpose of the agreement is to plan the development of the Center as an integrated retail sales complex.
The next two images (View 1 & 2) show the entire 13.95 acres that are available and how they might be subdivided as well as its central location and proximity to major streets, schools and businesses.
Smith Land Company is looking to partner with someone that can further the development of the remaining acreage. We are open to either a long term land lease or purchase agreement under the right circumstances.
